We currently deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria.

Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days after order processing, including receipt of payment.

Shipping costs within Germany are €5.90. For orders over €50, shipping costs are only €1.99.

For deliveries abroad, the shipping fee is a flat rate of €16. The exact amount will be calculated automatically after you enter your delivery address during checkout.

Yes, that's possible. If you've received multiple packages but want to return fewer items, you can combine the returned items in one box – provided everything is complete, neatly packaged, and fits without being squashed.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item to us and place a new order – provided the desired size is available.

We are not responsible for uninsured or lost returns. Please retain your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.

Yes. You can use Click & Collect – either pay online or pay on-site. In both cases, you can try on the goods in our boutique and exchange them directly on-site if necessary. You can also return items ordered online in person at the boutique within the 14-day return period.

We regularly carry German size L/40, and also 42 in many brands, including high-end labels like Veronica Beard, Missoni, and Maison Common.

Sizes 44–46 are less frequently available but can be found, especially in our evening wear section, in the form of evening gowns, cocktail dresses, dresses, and tunics from brands like Carla Ruiz, Teri Jon, and Camilla.

Please note that we usually only have one item in stock for each model in a given size. Therefore, individual sizes or models may sell out quickly. If you are interested, we recommend not waiting too long or inquiring about current availability beforehand.

Yes, sustainability is becoming increasingly important to us, and is firmly established in some of our brands.

These include Verandah, whose resort wear has been awarded the prestigious Butterfly Mark, and A Beautiful Story, whose jewellery is both B-Corp and Fairtrade+ certified. Farm Rio also bears the B-Corp seal, standing for high social and environmental standards. For Paddywax, we focus on scented candles that are vegan and cruelty-free. Our cashmere pieces come from, among others, Warm Me, whose items are handmade, and Pur Schoen, which is certified according to the Good Cashmere Standard®.

Our range is deliberately curated: We only order many of our models once per size. Instead of buying large quantities of individual items, we focus on a versatile selection of different designers, styles, and collections. This allows us to regularly refresh our assortment and offer greater fashion variety.

Especially with dresses for weddings, celebrations, and special occasions, this has another nice side effect: The likelihood of encountering someone at the same event wearing the same dress is significantly lower.

With this purchasing strategy, we also aim to support a more conscious approach to fashion. We do not see ourselves as a fast-fashion provider where individual styles are available in large quantities; instead, we carefully select our collections in limited amounts. However, this also means that popular models and sizes can quickly sell out and may not always be reordered.
