We currently deliver to Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Austria.

Shipping usually takes 2-4 business days after order processing, including receipt of payment.

Shipping costs within Germany are €5.90. For orders over €50, shipping costs are only €1.99.

For deliveries abroad, the shipping fee is a flat rate of €16. The exact amount will be calculated automatically after you enter your delivery address during checkout.

You can use the shipping company of your choice to return the item. Please ensure that the package is adequately insured and that you receive proof of postage.

Yes, that's possible. If you've received multiple packages but want to return fewer items, you can combine the returned items in one box – provided everything is complete, neatly packaged, and fits without being squashed.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. Please return the item to us and place a new order – provided the desired size is available.

We are not responsible for uninsured or lost returns. Please retain your shipping receipt until your refund has been processed.

Some of our labels provide size charts specifically tailored to their fit. You can find these directly on the respective product page.

Online vouchers are available in the online shop and can only be redeemed there. Vouchers for our Berlin boutique can be purchased in-store and redeemed there only.
